Style: A unique white sparkling wine made according to champagne process.
Single Grape: Chardonnay.
Tasting Notes: aged 12-18 months. The apricot – pear primary aroma is perfectly
combined to a biscuit – creamy taste. The fine bubbles are the result
of a proper aging in our cellar. This semi-dry sparkling wine is lively with
a remarkable zesty finish.
Alcohol content: 12.5%
Best served at: 6°C -8°C

Food Pairing: Caviar, oysters, lobster, crab, shrimp, veal, chicken specially with creamy sauce, pork, mushroom, cream sauces, cheesy canapés, delicate creamy cheeses like brie or camambert
